Mexico City; Frida Kahlo Museum

The Frida Kahlo Museum, also known as “La Casa Azul,” is located in the neigborhood of Coyoacan, in Mexico City. It is a place well worth the visit for its important artworks. It is inspiring to see how Frida and Diego lived, what they considered worth displaying, and simply seeing what they collected. If you are interested in art, design, architecture, and history, this place is definitely a place you need to visit.

Santiago de Chile; Barrio Bellas Artes

(Shot January 01, 2018). In my past travels, I had met someone from Buenos Aires who mentioned Argentine people dressed in color, while in Santiago many people dressed in all-black. I did happen to notice quite a few Chileans dressed in blacks in the middle of summer. Unfortunately, this is the only photo I managed to get. I especially like how the preppy pink and mint green combo of her tote creates a nice juxtaposition with her otherwise goth look.
